We developed a data-driven, Machine Learning powered, analytics platform for gyms and fitness businesses 💪

We trained Machine Learning churn probability models, based on member attendance data (integrated with MindBody APIs, and raw file uploads), to identify and target members at risk of leaving, with automated, highly personalised Generative AI intervention messages (using OpenAI ChatGPT APIs) 💌

To achieve this we created a three-stage probabilistic🚦Retention Risk Score (green, amber, red) to effectively prioritise outreach, and significantly improve member engagement and retention.​..
